My current rate is $40 an hour for copy editing and writing. Local Ithacans and Cornell students are eligible for a personal contact discount.

Rush jobs are charged a higher rate, generally $50 an hour. Papers for publication are charged per page (total word count divided by standard editor's 250-word page), usually $10 a page unless the editing is extensive.

Longer projects require a deposit and are paid for every block of work. After a bit of work, I can come up with a project price to be paid in monthly installments.

Projects are payable by PayPal. I am also able to accept Venmo and Zelle, though I prefer PayPal. These rates can be negotiated depending on length of job and method of payment.
